Spacious and quiet room

The rooms are neat and huge with a laptop-compatible safe, a mini-bar and central heating. It offers excellent services and has a savoury breakfast choices. Moreover, they have free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The hotel has a top location, next to Carmo Archaeological Museum🙂

the staff were all genuinely helpful and responsive and provided excellent service. the breakfast was savoury for what was on offer with ham, cheeses, different portuguese pastries.

The noise from upper floors was loud!!! Creaking floor under the carpet made it hard to relax. The shower lacked sufficient pressure. A little instant coffee would have been nice instead of just tea!!!

Clean room with friendly 24-hour reception. Air conditioning was limited, tiny shower.

Comfortable Stay with Minor Fixes Needed

We enjoyed our family suite, especially the comfy beds and the lovely Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. The location was prime for sightseeing. A nearby cafe served delicious breakfast, perfect for starting our day. Just a small update to the bathroom fixtures would elevate the overall experience.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options available, and I loved the welcome drink upon arrival. the room I booked was a bit noisy due to the busy street outside, but closing the windows solved that. I'd definitely come back!

The hotel's location is perfect, just a quick walk to the Oceanarium and Belém. Public transport is super convenient. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, and the staff were really nice when they packed us sandwiches on our early departure. Definitely recommend for a group!

One downside was that the floorboards creaked quite a bit, which could be annoying when others were moving around.

They upgraded us to a large family room, really nice. The bed was super comfy and full of pillows. The bathroom featured lovely rituals toiletries. Best of all, the location was perfect, right in the city center, close to all the main sights. We even enjoyed a free welcome wine!

The Beautiful Family Room was super comfy! The beds were big with tons of pillows, and I slept like a baby. It was also quiet, a nice surprise for a central location. Plus, the bathroom had nice toiletries that were a treat. Bonus points for being just a short walk from all major sights. Really enjoyed my stay!

great location but bathroom needs upgrade

The hotel had a fantastic location close to major attractions. The front desk staff provided insightful recommendations that enhanced our visit. Our room offered a lovely city view.

The bathroom could use some updates as the fixtures felt a bit outdated.

The room was a nice size with comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of Portuguese pastries.- Great location in the Baixa/Chiado district, within walking distance to many tourist spots.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and modern, the breakfast had a delicious variety of options, and the public parking was conveniently close by, creating a warm family-like environment with exceptional service.

The staff was especially helpful. The hotel offers panoramic views of the incredible ocean. The location is peaceful and top-notch, close to a variety of attractions such as restaurants, bars, cafes, Alfama.

The family room has a soft bed and a great view. Fabulous food in the restaurant - really tasty. - Great breakfast with different Portuguese pastries, cheeses, and ham.
